All good things end, even the Dryport project. Now it is time to sum up the results for the Interreg North Sea Region programme first of all, but also for you. We will inform you.

Partners from the ports & logistics sector, local & regional authorities and key universities worked the past four years together in workshops, studies and site visits, and examined the development, design and effective operation of inland freight connection. We still support the general definition that dryports should be fully integrated with the freight handling systems of the major seaport they serve. Dryport supports sea port capacity by creating hinterland hubs and identifying inland ports with multimodal connections, preferably by rail and inland water.
